Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") governs use of the ACG United website and any online forms, portals or tools ACG United makes available (collectively, the "Services"). It applies to all visitors, prospective partners, partners and other users of the Services.

You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Policy, ACG United's Website Terms of Use, and any applicable partner agreement.

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, related systems or networks
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services
  • Transmit any viruses, malware or other harmful code
  • Scrape, harvest or collect data from the Services without authorization
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
  • Use the Services to send unsolicited communications in violation of applicable law
  • Use the Services in a manner that infringes the intellectual property or other rights of ACG United or any third party

4. Partner & User Responsibilities

Partners and users are responsible for the accuracy of information they submit and for complying with all applicable laws, carrier and provider requirements, and program terms associated with any product or service they offer, market or sell in connection with ACG United.

5. Content Standards

Any content you submit through the Services (including application materials and messages) must not be unlawful, defamatory, obscene, threatening or otherwise objectionable.

6. Monitoring and Enforcement

ACG United reserves the right, but does not assume the obligation, to monitor use of the Services for compliance with this Policy. We may suspend or terminate access to the Services, reject or terminate a partner application, or take other appropriate action for any violation of this Policy, in our sole discretion.
